Subject: Can't find iostream.h file

I installed gpp (on DOS) by the roundabout method of installing GNAT
(the Ada version of djgpp), then later installing C++ with the
gppXXX.zip file (I forget the version #, it was the most recent, though).

When I try to compile a C++ program with cout in it and with
an include of iostream.h, the compiler complains that iostream.h
is not found. I checked my include directory and it is not there.

In which .zip file would I find iostream.h? None of the files
listed in the readme.1st file seem to apply except gppXXX.zip,
which didn't include this file (or any .h file). Thank you for
any help.
