Subject:	Yaseppochi-gumi Web and FTP server outages

The Yaseppochi-gumi server provides archives of the DJGPP mailing list
(in monthly gzipped form), the 1.11 distribution, a couple of BETA
packages (Aaron Ucko's Perl 5.0 and Eli Zaretskii's Difutils 2.7.1),
some plain-text docs (A. Appleyard's preprocessor and gcc man pages),
and a couple of C compiler torture tests.

Most of these are available elsewhere, but the gzipped monthly
archives are unique to this server as far as I know.

For at least the next two weeks service is likely to be intermittent
due to beta testing of Windows- and DESQview/X-based software and
upgrade of the normal Linux operating system.  The system should be
available 10pm to 10am JST (GMT+9; that's 8am to 8pm EST) in general,
and frequently at other times.

I hope this will not interfere with anyone's access too severely.
