Following the discussion this summer on timezone handling, I would
like to point out that the period in which DST is active changes in
Western Europe in 1996. It used to be from the last Sunday of March
till the last Sunday of September; beginning in 1996, it will be from
the last Sunday of March till the last Sunday of _October_, thus
extending the DST period by one month.

I suggest that those working on DJGPP v2 (DJ?) fetch a recent version of 
Olson's UNIX time zone database with ftp from elsie.nci.nih.gov in 
pub/tzdata.tar.gz, and recompile the zoneinfo files distributed with DJGPP.
