I replied to you earlier.  Didn't you get it?

This is VERY low, indeed.  Don't you have more free disk
space left?  Or is that a RAM disk?  If it is, change TMP
to point to a real drive with more space.  Tell me if it
helps.
Generally, GCC needs at least 2 MBytes of RAM + disk space
to compile C programs, and 4.5MBytes for C++ programs.
