It's an environment and a library to run software written for
X-Windows under DV/X on a PC.

The winning GNU Debugger. Didn't you get it with the DJGPP? It's in
files gdb412bn.zip and gdb412dc.zip on the same site where you got DJGPP.

For every package you get from the DJGPP distribution, you should get
both XXXNNNbn.zip *and* XXXNNNdc.zip. The latter is the documentation
for that package, usually in the form of hypertext Info files suitable
for browsing with the stand-alone Info reader which you can find in
txi310bn.zip. Thus, txi310dc.zip includes the documentations for the
Info program itself, gcc260dc.zip is where you find the complete
docs of the GNU C/C++ compiler, etc.
