You can run gcc (and all other GO32 programs) in a Windows *DOS box*.
The same holds for programs compiled with DJGPP.
However, you can't use DJGPP to write real Windows programs (yet).

There is another port of gcc to DOS called EMX where work is in progress
to enable Windows programs to be compiled with EMX-gcc.
If you really need this, you'll have to switch 'teams'...
