  Because I have made a few small utils that run through assembler source 
for me and do various things to it and in all of them I made them check 
for a comment block.  So there. :P
  I made them check for comments so that you wouldn't have to remove this 
blocks before sending it to the assembler - you could send directions to 
the util from the source file and it wouldn't mess things up if you 
decided not to run the util after all.
  Is that a good enough reason?
