I'm writing an application that requires interupt driven transmission
on the serial ports...  This is basically the one thing the async
library doesn't do.  

If someone has already done that, Bonus.  Can I use your code?
If not can someone tell me where I can get the information I need 
to know about the serial hardware and interupts to do this myself?  

It would also be nice to have access to com3 and com4 so if someone
could also tell me where I could find info about them, I would
apprecieate it.
