means:
  "The is an old GO32.EXE before the good one in your path"

Selbsverst"andlich my dear Watson.

What is serious is that -- if people follow the advice -- they do not
insert the GO32 inside their programs, but just stub. --> if the give that
program to another person and another computer, the other person will
crash if he has an old GO32 in the PATH!
