Subject:	OutOfMemory compiling emacs 19.27 with djgpp 1.12m2

I receive an out-of-memory error when make attempts to spawn the gcc
compiler.  I have a special boot configuration without EMS that give a
550K tpa, so I figured that I would not be able to get much more
low-memory than that.

Any thoughts?
