Well, it's not in my copy, but that does look like a reasonable djgpp-ish
string. :-)  I just grepped for "happens" in all of the djgpp bat files I
could find, plus in go32.exe itself, and I couldn't find it.  Since there
are no shared libraries...I don't know where it comes from.
