Subject: Converting .TeX files

I'm having a rather annoying problem. I cruised on by
oak.oakland.edu and got djeoe, gcc260, gpp260, djdev, the make utility, and
the TexInfo program (txi*bn.zip). So I unzip them all, and go off to read
the documentation. I take it I'm missing a file or two. (?)

Info.exe aborts with:

info.exe: dir: file not found

That isn't the real problem, though. The real problem is that I want to
print out the documentation. It is in .Tex format, and I really don't want
to print out the control codes. Is there a small program out there that will
convert .Tex files to standard ASCII, preferably putting any "#include"
files in the correct places? (By #include I mean any files that are
referenced, but in a seperate file, ala hypertext.)

Thanks.
