Subject: _go32_was_crtl_break_hit()

I have two similar programs that require that I exit gracefully when ^C
is hit.

I tried setting _go32_want_ctrl_break(1); followed by me polling for an
event with _go32_was_crtl_break_hit();

When I hit crtl-C the program reports that it was hit, and exits. (Just
as if I never tried to catch it).

I'm running version 1.11.maint5 on a 486 running qemm (no DPMI) and
sometimes Desqview/X (there is no difference in or out of DV/X).

Is this a bug?
