Hi all,

I have (by porting UNIX programs to DJGPP) noticed that in 
sys/signal.h  SIGUSR1 and SIGUSR2 is not defined!

I know that there is no signal support in djgpp but for portability
reasons it would be nice if SIGUSR1 and SIGUSR2 was defined in 1.12 .
