Reading your sources, for starters ;-) and also the includes.

Seems OK.  I like to add about 1M of cache, and given a choice I'd
move the libraries and linker back to the hard drive if I needed more
RAM space.  They're used less frequently than anything else.  I rely
on a disk cache rather than ramdisk for the compiler passes and
includes.  It's slower the first time through, but on the rest of the
files it's a little faster than a ramdrive.

includes are still on the hard drive.  Make sure your PATH hits the
ramdrive before the hard drive.
