Does your card support the VESA BIOS extensions?  It might, either with
its own on-board BIOS, or with some kind of TSR.  If you find a way to
do this, there is a VESA driver for djgpp.  The built-in graphics driver
(i.e. if you don't mention any other driver in the GO32 environment variable)
is for VESA, and I think there is also another one in the drivers/ subdir.
