News: Ctrl-Break bug fixed; cleaner djgpp-compiled programs
detection; smarter handling of errors in dos internal commands;
compiles under either Tc or Djgpp; directory messages now
parseable by Emacs.

What you can do: create an overlay to system() that takes care
of redirection and pipes for commands (except for commands
internal to command.com).  Feels like 100-200 lines of code,
useful for Djgpp also.  Talk to me if you want to do it.
