Subject: OEmacs 4.1(beta) problems

I'm sending this to the DJGPP list 'cause I know Mr. Okhata (sp?)
reads it, and I don't have his email address offhand. Sorry. It
might be of somewhat widespread interest, though; I'm not sure.

I can't run oemacs from within a Windows 3.1 DOS box; it immediately
causes the shell to generate a "system integrity violation," whereupon
Windows recommends shutting down Windows and rebooting your system.
Loads of fun, let me tell you.

I have no idea what's causing this, but I *do* know my system configuration
is fairly ... fragile. I have a bus-mastering SCSI card/drive, with a
VDI/ASPI driver installed, plus QEMM (with QDPMI). To top it all off,
I'm running 4DOS instead of vanilla COMMAND.COM, on top of DOS 5.0.

Mr. Okhata, if you could get back to me directly, I'd appreciate it. :-)
