Hi there,

The MSDOS port of groff can be found in
src.doc.ic.ac.uk://gnu/cygnus/msdos/djgpp/pub/djgroff7.tgz, which is a
dos port of groff version 1.07. It works well, but it uses the old
version of go32.exe, which  is not compatible with the latest version
of go32.exe (the source files are not included), and it has some
problems for PostScript output (but there is an alternative way to produce
PostScript output: get the DVI output first, then use DVIPS to get the
PS output).
