Subject: DOS ports of RCS

I'm looking for DOS implementations of RCS. I've gone over the ones
to be found at oak.oakland.edu, in /pub/msdos/gnuish (I think), but
it's a sufficiently old version that it doesn't support the -M flag.

-M is a flag that indicates that checking out a file from an RCS archive
should time-stamp the new "working file" with the *checked-in version's*
time and date, not the current time & date. Obviously useful in a
Make environment.

Any pointers?
