In the RELEASE NOTES FOR GRX VERSION 1.03 they say:

GRX 1.03 is a temporary version soon to be replaced with version
1.04.

This note is dated June 12 1993, this note also says:

GRX 1.04 which is currently under testing will have completely rewritten 
internal VGA frame buffer access routines which do not rely on the
above GO32 feature any more.

This document describes a lot of very nice features of GRX v 1.04; but
as this note is almost 1 year old you would think that it should be out by
now.

Has this project been canceled ar what? This lookes like a very nice product
