Subject: Re: djgpp and Distribution of Executables

If you use djgpp and you do NOT use libgpl.a, libgpp.a, bison, or
flex, then the GPL and LGPL will not apply, and you may do what you
want with your application's binary. If you use any of these, you
must comply with the copyright terms appropriate for whichever ones
you use (LGPL or GPL - see the sources to be sure).

You may redistribute go32.exe, emu387, and graphics drivers as
binaries provided you distribute the binaries you got with djgpp AND
provide information to your customers as to how to get djgpp for
themselves. *If* you modify these binaries, then you must distribute
*their* sources with the modified binaries (i.e. your app's sources
are not affected by this point) under the terms of the GPL.
