Make, by default, tries to build the *first* target in a Makefile.  If
you wanted them all built, you'd need a line at the beginning like
this:

	all : altdialo.uco dialog.uco mignumme.uco

instead of the three .uco:'s you have.

This is the way all Makes *except* microsoft's original make work.
