Hi.

The Windows version of SRGP/SPHIGS had a bug in the arc drawing code
that was fixed.
The new version (SRGPSPH3.ARJ) replaced the previous one, at
asterix.inescn.pt in dir pub/PC/devel
It is dated 26 April.

The DJGPP version of SRGP/SPHIGS was not affected by this correction.
It is in file SRGPSPH2.ARJ
