This problem is due to a bug in gas.  I guess djgpp uses gas 2.something, while
GNAT for OS/2 uses gas 1.38.1.  Although I reported the bug a long time ago
(several weeks before the latest version of gas was released), along with the
fix, gas has still not been fixed to my knowledge.  Anyway, the fix is in the
source distribution for GNAT in the file patches-gas138.os2.  The file that
needs fixing is the one analogous to gas 1.38's i386-opcode.h.
