How hard would it be to add lightweight threads to GO32/DJGPP?

No, really; I'm serious.  :-)  A "DOS extender" is already sort of
replacing the OS, except for having to deal with the I/O subsystems,
so it seemed likely to me that it wouldn't be *too* major an undertaking.
After all, it's not like it would be trying to get DOS itself to under-
stand multiple execution threads, or switch between them.

Of course, it's all very well for me to sit here and say that, not being
a DOS guru.  And don't say "use Linux;" that's not at all what I want. :-)

Ah well.  Just another random thought....
