Subject:	Query about getting started

This is for a friend.... I have an Amiga so I know little about DJGPP
and GNU ports to the IBM stuff.... 
 
We got the files, unpacked them, then when he tried to use GCC it gives
the error:
  "cant find GO32.exe" 
 
He doesn't have any GO32.EXE. 
 
His system configuration is:
 
 Packard Bell Phoenix 1.01 bios, 486SX33, 4 MB memory, 150 mb of free
HD space....
 
What does he need to install?  He is running Windows 3.1 also.  HELP!
