There should be a setdjgpp.bat in your djgpp\bin directory which sets various
environment variables, including one which tells the compiler where to find
include files.  Alternately, you can specify the include path with the -I
option when you invoke gcc.

Another point, in your installation summary, you didn't say that you had
applied the maintenance updates dj111m1.zip through dj111m4.zip.  I suppose
you must have, or you wouldn't have gotten as far as you did.
