1.11 should still be able to run a.out files.  It just doesn't
generate them any more.

wmemu is probably still faster, but emu387 had some bug fixes that
wmemu may not have.

oak.oakland.edu is the master site for djgpp now  omnigate does not
have 1.11 on it.
