Subject:	building gcc

What is the procedure to compile gcc 2.4.5 when building a cross
development environment? I copied gcc254s[1-6] to a unix system and 
during trying to build the thing I get

gmake: *** No way to make target `c-convert.c'. Stop.

Do I have to have an existing gcc254 tree and copy the djgpp gcc tree over
it?
