Subject:	sally freezes

I compiled Sally under dj111maint4 to debug my big application which
not yet has come back up on it's feet again since the release of 1.11.

When starting go32 -d edebug32 myapp I get the Sally full screen (turquoise
aka cyan blue - with a green box in the center for a moment) showing
_start(): and a column of instructions with symbols and such but then
total freeze.

FYI, nm myapp | wc yields something of 7500 lines (symbols). The
application itself has a size of 5 MB.

Could Sally have problems with that?
