Every time I compile with DJGPP, after compiling the environment has
been hacked down to about 800 bytes.  Of course trying to compile
again doesn't work, because all my DJGPP variables get killed.
So I rerun 'setdjgpp.bat', which puts everything back, and can compile
once more.

Anyone know whats going on?  THis never used to happen with DJGPP,
and I haven't made any changes to my environment lately...
I already bumped the environment size by 400 bytes, which doesn't
change anything.
