Subject:	Text cursor?

Does anyone know how to disable the text cursor that shows up when you
use routines like SetScreenChar()?

(The lack of documentation is killing me!  For what it's worth, I'm 
keeping a record of everything I learn about DJGPP - right now, it's
mostly stuff about the text I/O interface.  Would this sort of
'collected wisdom' be a useful addition to the release documentation?)
