   I have never used Make before but I struggled on and produced what you see
   below. When I try to run it I get the message:

   :11:Missing seperator.stop.

   I  assume that the 11 is a line number, but I just cannot see what is wrong
   with the makefile, can anyone help me please, this is driving me INSANE!!!

No, you can't see it, but unless your mailer software did something to
your file, I can see that lines that are supposed to start with a TAB,
start with eight spaces instead.
