Subject: iostream.h in djgpp complier

I use the gnu complier on both dos and on unix I been testing the
dos compiler with the hello world program

im using the cout statement to print to screen
unix uses a include <iostream.h>

the djgpp compiler seems not to have this but an io.h file
I ve patched the compilier to level 2
Id rather not use a c printf statement

Can anybody help locate this iostream.h file
