Did you run setdjgpp.bat or otherwise set the environment variable
C_INCLUDE_PATH? Did you perhaps run out of environment space?

I move all my info files for various packages to a \DOC\INFO directory tree
and make my own top-level DIR file which points at the DIR files for oemacs,
djgpp, etc. The paths then need to be adjusted in the 2nd level DIR files.
