Use 'emxbind' to update emxl or emx that is bound in the executable.
(e.g., emxbind -u d:\emx\bin\emxl.exe program.exe)
Get os2-ftp.cdrom.com: pub/os2/2_x/unix/emx08h/emxrt.zip and read docs,
as 1993 or earlier versions of emxl.exe had a bug.

Yes, read docs from emxrt.zip.  It uses two ways: path and/or EMX variable.
The above gp.exe seems to be a emx-bound executable, so you don't need to 
type 'emx' explicitly.  Again, read docs.
