I think that the docs can only be uploaded to the simtel djgpp directory
by DJ, as simtel is restrictive about what is uploaded. The omnigate
djgpp distribution used to be mirrored elsewhere but this does not seem
to happen any more (at least in the UK), I don't know why. If nobody has
a better idea, I think that the only option is to log on to omnigate at
off peak times (which is easy for me being several time zones away). It
does seem a waste of bandwidth though.
