It is now confirmed that the duplicate mail is due to a faulty mailer
at JOKER.iipo.gtegsc.com.

	Thank you!  I've been trying to get the people who run/use the
	system which is causing the problem (not 'wlv' - it's another system)
	to fix their mail system for a long time with no success.  By all
	means please delete the offending entry - that seems to be the
	only way to get their attention.

	The system which is causing the problem ('joker') is not under my
	direct control (it wouldn't be bouncing mail if it were) so there 
	is little I can do from 'wlv' (which is the DNS machine).

FYI: The following is the entry for GTEGSC.COM at RS.INTERNIC.NET.  I
suggest that any replies to requests for help from this organization
have a gentle "please tell JOKER to get its act together" postscript
attached (as Mr. Shultz points out, nobody else has direct control
over that machine, so be gentle; on the other hand, something needs to
be done about people who litter on the Internet, and there's obviously
an administration problem at GTE so I don't feel too sorry for them).
Obviously any mail from JOKER itself should be treated with contempt.
I suggest simply replying with copies of the netiquette FAQ.
