Subject:	2 Qs: TeXInfo and OEmacs

I have a couple of questions - I'm sure these have been asked before but I
probably wasn't paying attention :-)

1. How do I get TexInfo to work? I unpacked the files: 
    txi210bn.zip
    txi210dc.zip
    djdoc111.zip
   but I can't seem to get info to run (it complains about "No top node" or
   some such. Hmmm.... I guess I should have made a copy of the message).
   Makeinfo doesn't seem to do anything either. I have TeX installed if that
   makes a difference.

2. Oemacs 4.1 crashes with a general protection fault (I think). I got:
    oe41min.zip
    oe41gbin.zip
   and editted bin\emacs.bat but it crashes. Could this be a conflict between
   the special go32 required for emacs and the regular 1.11m2 go32? I did find
   that if I was in the emacs-19.19\bin directory emacs.exe would run fine - is
   this because it's finding it's go32 first?
