Subject: VESA graphics

1.11 has VESA driver built into go32. Real mode VESA BIOS is required for
this driver to work. It can be either ROM-based built-in BIOS (which I expect
to be the case for Cirrus VGAs) or VESA overlay loaded as TSR.
Use VESAINFO program from VGA toolkit to determine VESA modes available
without and with VESA TSR.
