Subject:	Rebuild GCC and GAS for 68k target system?

I'd like to use djgpp under DOS as a cross assembler with a 68000-based
computer as target. That is, GCC and GAS configured for DOS host and 68000
target. Is that difficult? Has anyone done it before? How hard was it?
Are the compiled files available somewhere by any chance? Should I look
in a faq?
I'd be very glad for any comments or advices!
