There was a port to djgpp 2.4.5 but with the latest djgpp using "coff"
format instead of a.out, dld needs to reworked. I think DJ is working
on a version that wont be copylefted. He'll post to the list whenever
it gets ready. I think quite a few users would like to see a working
dynamic loader.
