There have been two maintenance releases.  You need to install dj111m1.zip
and dj111m2.zip on top of the base distribution.  These files are also at
SimTel mirror sites.  (Actually, you can use stubedit to mark the compiler as
only needing 1.11, but make in particular really does need at least the first
maintenance release.)
