Subject:	The latest README & FAQ

Will everyone that has copied djgpp to an alternate FTP site (i.e.
mirror site) please re-copy readme and faq, and verify that you have a
djdev110.zip that is the same size as the one on omnigate.  There are
still a lot of people reading the old readme which didn't mention
bnu22bn.zip.
