This means you're not using the file lib/specs that was shipped with
1.09.  Any include file with a three character extension will fail
this way without the -noprecomp switch for cpp (specified in
lib/specs).  As of gcc 2.4.5 it's disabled inside cpp instead.

Try running with "-v" and make sure you get the -noprecomp switch on
cpp.
