Try using the go32.exe in djgpp/pub/csdmpit1.pat (or the one that came
with display).

I think that 10u is a common one; it fixed a bug in 1.10 that stopped
graphics from working.  Usually the custom ones are linked to the
binaries and are clearly identified.
