I am the author of DISPLAY. There are two major modifications in this
go32:

  1. I apply the 'noems' patch posted to this list before.

  2. Bank switching can be done in real or protected mode. Use the
     parameters in GO32: 'real' or 'prot'. 
     Because some VESA TSRs do not work in protected mode.
