I thought of this one a long time ago.  The only problem is that GNU make for
OS/2 uses spawn() and DJGPP doesn't support this.  I gave up on trying to port
Make, not being bright enough to figure out how to get DJGPP to understand
spawn().  It looks to me that he's on the right track.  If he can get DJGPP to
understand spawn() and its variants, the port should be mostly done.
