Understood, but as the djgpp gcc maintainer, I *should* be able to do
this myself.  I just need to make myself make time to do it :-P

Again, I need to make time for this.  I know what the solution is
(reloc count of -1 means "see 32-bit field elsewhere") - same as PE
uses.
